Different solo singers can be placed in various parts of the building, to create spacial effects as desired.
The cadence at the end of the Matin Responsory allows for immediate transition into a number of well-known Advent hymns, including Creator of the stars of night, upon which the responsories are based, or Lo, he comes with clouds descending or Come thou Redeemer of the earth, both of which are found in many hymn books in D major.
